it's hot today.
the weather network says that right now it's 43°C with humidex.
ick.
i am super grateful that as hot as it was in NYC, it wasn't this hot.

this is my favorite picture i took at The Cloisters...
i love the light and the contrast.

you can really tell that they brought over the old parts from Europe.
the whole place had a distinctly European feel to it.

even now, looking at these photos,
how i wish i was back there!

in one corner there was this little orange tree.

dark to light contrast = love
